Welcome:
Mylk toast with "thousand island" aioli and pickled onions

Starter:

Mango and Papaya Salad with Lime and Ginger Dressing

Main:

Nasi Lemak - Mixed rice

Coconut rice infused with pandan leaves and galangal serve with achar: spicy pickled vegetables, toasted coconut, peanuts, five spice tempeh, sambal chilli: rempah mixed with palm sugar and crispy onions

Desert:

Salted Thai Basil Ice Cream

Sweet Potato Ondeh Ondeh
